CAMPFIRMATION | June ‘04

When I first came to Love of Christ, I had a tough time because I had grown up in a different church with people who had known me all my life. Here at Love of Christ, I didn't really feel connected yet and needed to find a way to get plugged in. VBS and music camp helped and so did the Bridge group, but Campfirmation made these new friendships even stronger. The high ropes course at camp encouraged me to trust God and work with Christian friends around me even more. I feel more connected now, and I'm looking forward to confirmation classes this coming fall. Thank you Nathan, Joe, Theresa, and especially Debbie for making my first solo camp experience great!
